Every 10 minutes teams rotate to play the next opponent

Last practice - OBSTACLE COURSE COMPETITION Day

Rosters are reshuffled into A, B and C level games on our final day - Awards immediately afterward in the rink lobby - Refreshments for the whole family

Our coaching staff (only) is invited to scrimmage with their sons/daughters
